Skanda Life Sciences offers comprehensive pre-clinical oncology services aimed at accelerating drug discovery in cancer research. Leveraging state-of-the-art infrastructure and expertise, we provide tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.
Pre-clinical Oncology Models:
Xenograft Models:
- Ectopic Xenograft Models: Tumor cells are implanted subcutaneously in immunodeficient mice, allowing for the study of tumor growth and response to treatment (100+ cell lines to choose from)
- Orthotopic Xenograft Models: Tumor cells are implanted into the organ or tissue of origin, closely mimicking the natural tumor microenvironment and facilitating the evaluation of metastasis and tumor invasion
Syngeneic Models:
- Ectopic Syngeneic Models: Murine tumor cells are implanted in immunocompetent syngeneic mice, allowing for the study of tumor growth and immune response within an intact immune system
- Orthotopic Syngeneic Models: Tumor cells are implanted into the organ or tissue of origin in immunocompetent mice, providing a physiologically relevant model for studying tumor development and treatment response (Breast cancer, Colon cancer and Melanoma)
At Skanda Life Sciences, we are committed to advancing oncology research with a scientific expertise, and a collaborative approach. Partner with us to accelerate your oncology drug discovery journey.
