Dr. Anand is the head of integrated discovery projects and functional projects in bioanalytical and DMPK at Skanda Life Sciences. He holds a PhD in Microbiology from CFTRI in Mysore and has over 19 years of experience in the entire DMPK function, covering areas of in vitro, in vivo, bioanalytical, and PK. He has been a key scientific person in various therapeutic areas, including antimicrobials, immune-oncology, oncology, and antivirals.

Throughout his career, Dr. Anand has been closely involved with DBT, DST, and ICMR funded projects focused on molecular diagnostics, immunological detection of microbial pathogens and metabolites, gene cloning, sequencing, and expression studies. With 18 years of industrial and entrepreneurial experience in bioinformatics, healthcare, and drug discovery research, he has numerous international publications and process patents to his name.

Beside this, he has an expertise in biosimilars, HTS, receptor-based functional targets, bioanalytical for NCE, chemical analysis, and pharmacokinetics studies. He is constantly seeking out novel ideas to advance the drug discovery therapeutics area at Skanda Life Sciences
